The Bethany

  • 1 ½ oz. Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin
  • 3 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • Soda
  • Lime

Pour gin and fresh grapefruit juice in to Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with lime.

Gin-jito

  • 1 ½ oz. Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple syrup
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Soda

Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice together. Pour in gin. Stir and fill with ice. Top with soda and garnish with mint leaves.

Strawberry Cucumber Crush

  • 1 ½ oz. Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2-3 Strawberries
  • 3-4 Cucumber slices
  • Soda

Muddle all ingredients in a shaker. Fill with ice and shake. Double strain into Collins glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with fresh strawberry.

Pamplemousse Martini

  • 3 oz. Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin
  • ½ Dry vermouth
  • Grapefruit twist

Pour gin and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir. Pour into martini glass and garnish with grapefruit twist.

It Ain’t Easy Being Green

  • 1 ½ oz. Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 3-5 Cucumber slices
  • Ginger beer

Pour gin, lime juice, and cucumbers into cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir. Double strain into Collins glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber wedge.
