lemon & lavender GIN COCKTAILS

2 oz Wild Roots Lemon & Lavender Gin 
.75 oz fresh lemon juice⁠
.5 oz lavender simple syrup⁠
1 egg white⁠

To make the cocktail: ⁠
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake (no ice), then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER TEA COLLINS     

1.5 oz Wild Roots Lemon Lavender Gin

.5 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz glitter simple syrup

2 oz brewed butterfly pea tea, chilled

2 oz club soda

Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and glitter syrup with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and stir lightly. Slowly pour chilled butterfly pea tea over the drink to create a layered effect. Garnish with a lemon wheel and edible flowers for a vibrant, floral finish
