Rosemary Simple Syrup

Rosemary simple syrup is the perfect addition to your home bar. Here's what you need to make it yourself!

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
6-8 springs of rosemary

In a small pot, combine water, sugar, and rosemary, then bring to a bottle.

Once at a boil, turn off heat and let steep for 30 minutes - 1 hour, depending on how strong you want your syrup.

Pour the syrup through a mesh strainer into a jar and store in the fridge. Your syrup can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
